This is a busy time for therapists like me who juggle families while running a clinic. This week is back-to-school week in the UK, the end of the summer break.
As the children go back to school, I re-focus on my clinic and make sure my goals are clear for the rest of the year.
Many of us juggle responsibilities with our working lives and not just if you have children. Many therapists have elderly parents or other family members to visit and care for.
We all have busy lives and that is why my mantra for running a successful and profitable therapy clinic is ‘plan ahead’.
Therapists who join me on my Therapy Business Accelerator course and on my Fastrack program find out pretty soon that planning is key.
You must have a goal in sight and you must draw up defined, focused strategies to meet that goal.
This time of year is the perfect time to re-evaluate your clinic. The remaining months of 2018 must be spent thinking and planning if you want 2019 to be your most profitable year yet.
Do not put off your planning. Do not wait until the New Year. The work must start now if you want to bring in the money in 2019.
This is what the therapists who work with me learn from the outset. You must focus and plan. Sometimes that means facing up to challenges that you may always avoid. You may be aware of a problem in your business life but have been reluctant to address it.
It might be that you need a new website but don’t know how to create one. Or a booking system that just isn’t reliable. Or a non-existent follow-up system.
When you join Abundant Therapist I will be there to hold your hand through all the steps of building your clinic to fast profit.
Find out how I do it by sending me your email and I will gift you, completely free of charge, my e-book, ‘The 3 mistakes that therapists make in their business by not using a recommendations system and ….how to fix them!’
I will also invite you to join my private Facebook group where you can meet therapists like you who have already started their journey to profit.
I look forward to meeting you.
Until the next time.
