‘Abundant Therapist Business Make Over (BMO)’

Jayne’s Business Make Over is an intensive intervention, specifically created for the small clinic. Jayne will spend a whole day at your clinic with you, discovering everything that is working well in your business and areas where you could improve and excel. You are invited to include some of your team members if you would like, depending on the size of your business.

This is an informal, yet structured, meeting. At the end of the day you will have a complete plan on what to work on to drive your business forward. These Business Make Over days are very popular but also limited in number so that Jayne can give you her full attention. They have to be booked well in advance as she is busy running her own successful practice.

This is the perfect time to reflect on how well your business is working for you and to celebrate your successes. It is also a time to reflect on where you want to take your business over the next 12 months and beyond. Jayne will help you create a plan and set some realistic steps to achieve your goals.

Included in the price is
